Quinoa Vegetable Bowl

A perfect balance of vegetables, grains, and legumes to provide complete protein for a vegan meal with a side of red wine vinaigrette dressing.

Ingredients: Organic quinoa, black beans, chickpeas, corn, asparagus, red peppers, extra virgin olive oil, red vinegar, vegetable base, scallions, cilantro, spices, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt.

Heating Instructions: May be heated but better served cold! Remove the lid and the dressing before heating. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until the desired temperature is reached.
