Quinoa Bowl with Shrimp

Organic quinoa and jumbo shrimp combined with roasted chopped asparagus, black beans, chickpeas, corn, red bell pepper, and cilantro served with a side of dressing.  

Ingredients: Organic quinoa, jumbo shrimp, black beans, chickpeas, corn, asparagus, red pepper, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, scallion, spices, herbs, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt.

Heating Instructions: Quinoa bowl is great chilled or hot. If you'd like to heat it up, remove the lid and the sauce, and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until the desired temperature is reached.
