Thai-Peanut Tofu

Thai inspired peanutty baked tofu cubes served with quinoa, broccoli florets, shredded carrots and red cabbage. 

Note: Broccoli is served raw.

Ingredients: Organic sprouted tofu, quinoa, broccoli, carrots, red cabbage, extra virgin olive oil, fresh cilantro, fresh lemon juice, Thai peanut seasoning blend, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt.

Contains: Soy, Peanuts

Heating Instructions: It can be eaten cold or warmed. Remove the lid prior to heating. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until the desired temperature is reached.
