Mahi Mahi with Mango Salsa

Grilled cajun mahi mahi served with fresh mango salsa, roasted green beans, brown and wild rice mix.

Ingredients: Wild-caught mahi mahi, rice mixture (CalMati brown rice, wild rice, Heirloom red rice, Calmochi sweet brown rice), French beans, mango salsa (grape and/or cherry tomatoes, mango, red onion, fresh cilantro, jalapeno, lemon juice, spices, sea salt), extra virgin olive oil, vegetable base, lime, cajun spices, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt.

Heating Instructions: Remove the lid! Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until the desired temperature is reached.
