Blackened Tilapia - Low Carb

Blackened cajun tilapia served with cauliflower rice and roasted green beans.

Ingredients: Tilapia, green beans, cauliflower, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, cajun spices, Himalayan pink salt. 

Heating Instructions: Remove the lid! Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until the desired temperature is reached.
